Cons

Pay for work is lower end of average, uninvolved manager could build road blocks without employee’s knowledge

Thank you for sharing your feedback, both positive and constructive. We value all our current and former caregivers’ feedback, as our focus is to continually improve our practices. We encourage our caregivers and leaders to engage in open and accessible forms of communication. Programmatically, we build deliberate opportunities to be collaborative and share feedback. Additionally, at Intermountain Health, we assess pay on an annual basis, to reflect geography, and as the market changes. We appreciate your review and will share it with our teams as we continue to move forward.

Pros

I make $36.25/hr & work 32 hrs/wk. I listed the salary at what 40 hrs/wk would be. Pick my own schedule, manageable patient load, hybrid WFH/clinic, lots of helpful resources such as UpToDate access, science librarian access, earning up to $400 in livewell points (step goals, etc.)

Cons

Management has too much on their plate so things don’t get addressed. Intermountain almost feels like a monopoly on RDN positions in SLC.
