Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We value all our current and former caregivers’ feedback, as our focus is to continually improve our practices. We are happy to hear about your time at Intermountain Health and that you enjoy our shared mission of helping people live the healthiest lives possible and our organizational commitment to providing professional development opportunities for all our caregivers. At Intermountain, we assess pay on an annual basis, to reflect geography, and as the market changes. Additionally, while the healthcare industry continues to face staffing shortages across the nation, Intermountain is employing innovative solutions to address these shortages, including remote and hybrid work options for select positions where possible, tuition reimbursement/education assistance, paid training programs and apprenticeships, and partnerships with educational institutions and community organizations to develop a pipeline of healthcare talent. Through these avenues, as well as an organizational focus on retention efforts, we’re working to ensure we have the workforce we need to provide high quality care to our patients and communities. We appreciate your review and will share it with our teams as we continue to move forward.

Working at Intermountain

Pros

working from home for the most part. Sometimes office party, and incentive bonus rewards.

Cons

Sometimes you don't get a direct answer from upper management for a work issue. And when you make your own decisions because nobody said anything, you will be held accountable.
