Pros

Pension plan is decent. Staff/Drs are good to work with.

Cons

Rest of benefits are nothing extraordinary. 401k match is low. Management is terrible. Very money driven corporation. Not enough focus on improving patient care. They do not value education or years of experience at all! They would rather pay a new nurse less, than retain someone with 10 plus years of experience.

10 years, tiny raises.

Pros

They hired me and keep me employed. Everyone is friendly.

Cons

You're luck if you get a 2% raise every year. Sometimes they will be overly critical on performance reviews or even make up negative comments to keep you from getting more than a 2% raise. There is never a working system in place. Management keeps "improving things" so they have something to list as a goal reached on their performance review.

Pros

Salary is good Four day work wee

Cons

Horrible upper level management. There is alot of lip service to "mission" but no actions by management toward those who work. Jesus would be ashamed. Constantly spending money responding to the newest and latest trend and crisis, instead of introspection and analysis. Policies make patient care much more difficult. It doesn't matter what your position is, if you go against them, you are gone. They practice full discrimination to people who have health issue's, they cover it up fairly well , but will can you anyway. Once again, they really go against mission statements on how they treat workers.
