Pros

I like my boss and coworkers Free coffee

Cons

Most areas are not progressive, mgmt is so slow to accept change with things like telecommuting. No bonus potential unless you are in management Zero training opportunity - the company has no interest in investing in employees Buy-in is needed on every single level, we can't get anything accomplished More time and effort is spent reprioritizing problems than solving them. PTO not competitive Leadership is not focused Major lack of trust in leadership, like nowhere else I've seen

Pros

Great professional peers and opportunity to develop myself.

Cons

Paid at RN wages when achieved APRN position with licensure and credentialing. Poorly managed self-administered Work Comp department doesn't recognize their own physician opinions. I learned after 22 years of employment. Don't assume you'll be treated with respect and fairness. This was my mistake!!!!!!
