Pros

I believe the senior leadership really cares about the employees, even more so than regional leadership. The Mission, Vision, and Values are things that are easy to get behind. This is a good company that takes care of its patient and employees.

Cons

Dumb bosses. Honestly, that's really the only con I can see. The company is awesome. Sometimes the people who are put in charge are terrible.

Pros

Great benefits and pretty easy to get a raise of some kind.

Cons

co-workers were too competitive and overly reported fellow co-workers to get ahead. There were harassment and bullying problems that weren't addressed by higher management and Human Resources. I thought that I could at least trust Human Resources. Trained and newly hired employees seemed expendable.
