Horrible company! I feel so bad for people who work here and actually need the money. They will tell you one thing to get you excited about the job then they’ll take it away once you take the offer. This happen to many coworkers. A new person will run a center by themselves getting 17/hr when doing a managers job at 24/hr with proper training. Very disorganized .The managers are told to skimp hours if you have to work any overtime. The managers boss called the team lead are overworked underpaid and many of them leave exhausted . The team lead’s boss “ area manager” cares about the company’s bottom line than the well-being of their staff. I have worked at many jobs, with manager roles and this is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. they deemed is inessential to buy tissues in the middle of a pandemic and post it’s and are always finding ways to decrease money without caring at all about the company’s emplyees . They do not trust their employees and will question everything you say. I was highly over qualified for the job but honestly didn’t need the money, many people Who are hired to work here do not come from a college educated background & come from working at restaurants so they have no idea how bad their are being treated. Do not work here and I feel bad for all of the clients too. They pay a lot but do not get what they deserve because of untrained staff needing to figure out things way above their pay grade. Horrible company!
