Horrible. Just horrible.

Pros

I wish I had something to add here…

Cons

Don’t quite know where to begin here. The process has changed multiple times in the few months I have been here. The target we are given versus the target they actually expect is absurdly different. I have been moved across 4 markets and now drive over 20 miles to my centers when I was hired for a nearby market. Trying to escalate any issues is a nightmare, management will just straight up not respond to any requests for support. Commissions are always late. I could genuinely write an entire horror novel on my experience with IWG these last few months. Don’t even get me started on how clients are treated! I feel guilty every time I close a deal. Do yourself a favor and decline a job offer here.

Pros

Hours Holidays off Coworkers Location

Cons

I’d say almost everything else needs improvement. The company doesn’t seem to appreciate the hard work their employees put in. Many people go above and beyond without any recognition. They often remove roles, forcing employees to either take pay cuts or scramble to find a new position within a short timeframe. There’s little support for employees, yet prices keep increasing — leaving us to deal with frustrated clients. The outsourced IT and AHD teams have poor communication and lack professionalism. On top of that, Community Associates are often expected to take on responsibilities meant for City Managers or Deputies without fair compensation or acknowledgment.
