Pros

Average salary and good coworkers

Cons

Ivy is your typical therapy mill that triple books patients and focuses on profits. Quality care is tossed aside in favor of doing whatever it takes to make money. This includes overworking employees and deindividualizing patient care. This is a bad place to be to grow, be valued as an employee, and have feedback heard. Management is not on your side. Would NOT recommend.
