-the WORST company -do not know how to run pediatric practice -high productivity -required to work 10 hour days

I was made to feel like it was on myself and fellow employees to make up for the financial gaps in our clinic. We were required to reschedule our patients when we took PTO and our holidays were just taken from us because they "couldn't afford to be closed on Christmas Eve AND New Year's Eve". Then when I reached out to HR about policies surrounding this so I knew my own rights, I was reprimanded by one of my higher-ups. Still no explanation of how they could take away our holiday.. I expressed my concern that we were required to cover the front desk frequently due to staffing issues and I didn't have time to do my own job well. I was told perhaps I was just "not a good fit". We were made to work when the building had no running toilets, raw sewage coming up in our therapy gym (told to just block it off and spray Febreze) and very often, due to space issues and them wanting to hire more people to treat more kids to make more money, we were left with no treatment space and I treated in the hallway. THE HALLWAY. This place doesn't care at all about their employees and turnover rates are a testament to that. When I gave 2 weeks notice, I was told, "If you want to be in good standing and ever want to work at an Ivy clinic again, you'll give you 4 weeks." Needless to say... I gave 2 weeks. Several of my patients followed me to my new clinic and I couldn't be happier. DO NOT sacrifice your mental health and your desire to be an effective therapist to fit into the "puppy mill" model of IvyRehab.
