Free coffee. PTO days need no approval. Clothing allowance.

Cons

Poor management. Complete lack of communication between levels. No instructions are given for any tasks but still expect perfect results. Don't expect raises unless you are friends with people that matter. Raises are not based on merits, but how well you can kiss up to your bosses.

Pros

Clothing allowance. Retail store hours are better than most companies.

Cons

Working and running a business and selling to customers alone in a store because corporate needs to cut payroll hours so they can get a bonus. Other businesses set their managers up for success with better training and incentives. There used to be a culture of kindness but no longer seems that way. Company benefits are terrible.

Co workers are amazing and team players

Cons

Company expects low paid sales associates to do their marketing and advertising using their own contacts. They are not willing to take risks, they prefer their employees to take the risks. Management is very disingenuous about advancement opportunities and will tell you what you want to hear to make you stay.
