      Pros

      Great, young people in corporate environment, relatively relaxed enviroment. Decent clothing allowence.

      Cons

      No leaderahip- no communication at all. Some VP's like to "stir the pot" and play favorites. Pay is mediocre. There is no HR department which allows the company to get away with playing favorites, and to get away with on the sly promotions ect. I do not recommend this company at all.

      Pros

      Lovely product, lovely clients. Average discount but above average free product incentives. Solid base salaries. Opening lots of stores. Founders are involved with company.

      Cons

      Leadership is lacking. vert little communication and lack of connection between headquarters and stores. Greater disconnect between home office and stores than typical retailers. Expectations are not clear. Expectations are not consistent.

      Growing pains and then some--do not work here

      Pros

      Lovely people, small group in marketing we rocked it growing the website biz fourfold and evolving the brand to a (short-lived) modern new place

      Cons

      So so many. No creative direction, growth too much for old school employees to handle Above all legacy issues with founder staying on when new regime was put in place. Needless to say the brand evolve went nowhere,
