Pros

Great operating hours for a retail store, this is truly the biggest pro. Loyalty points based on your high sales $1000+ as well as collecting customer emails is generous. Discount is ok. Great customer following, kind generous customers make the environment tolerable.

Cons

-Extremely small staff means you often work alone. This also makes it impossible to request time off. Management makes every time off request feel like a giant burden when they sold the position based on "work life balance" and insisted they would be flexible to your needs. -Your experience with this company truly relies on your Store Manager. If you are not the SM it is frowned upon that you reach out to anyone above that pay grade. If your SM does not want to speak up and ask questions, they will not get answered. -Company is extremely fearful of store teams and corporate relationships and frown upon any contact. -There is NO OPEN DOOR POLICY. It is quite the opposite. SM controls everything and has every ounce of support from DM even if they are doing something that is morally wrong. -Culture of kindness only exists when it comes to the SM's happiness, customer service, and corporate interactions when they reach out to your store. -Sales goals are way too high across the board, impossible to meet. If you are unhappy, find another job. There will be no compromise.

Pros

Nice clothing and customer. Great hours. Good discount. Quality product that's easy to sell.

Cons

Sadly, the maddening culture of the Corporate ( don't talk to us or ask us anything! ) and Stores ( help us, tell us what's happening and give us some recognition!) doesn't meet its potential here because the disconnect is big and growing. And they don't seem to care. When you believe you know everything, why ask minions?

Horrible Company.

Pros

$1000 clothing allowance on full price items.

Cons

This is not a company that cares about its employees. Let's start with the benefits. For single medical insurance you're paying more than $300 per paycheck for horrible medical coverage. While still paying an absorbent amount for the deductible. 401k NO MATCH! The company is closed for only 5 holidays every year. Next is the location. Good luck. Only 1 train and no parking. The company pays below market and raises are non- existent. The executive team will lie constantly. If you are promised anything it is wise to get it in writing. You will be lied to just to get you to take on more work. No work life balance. Requesting time off is frowned upon and most times rejected.
