Pros

They were great with working around my college schedule, and they always give me time off when I needed it.

Cons

I didn't even know who the store manager was for a few months because she never leaves her office. The pay was absolutely AWFUL. They would hire holiday help with prior retail experience (this could be 2 months of experience) for more than the associates who have been there for several years. There was no respect from any of the management. They wouldn't even notice your hard work. There was also no competence from the upper management. The ASM was the only genuine person. The scheduling was so inconsistent. You could work 30 hours one week and 12 the next. This is not the job to have if you've got bills to pay. The list goes on, but you get the idea.

Pros

Fast-paced, fun, energetic, lots of opportunities.

Cons

The workload is intense son work-life balance is a challenge. Most people are over-worked and brain-dead by the time Friday rolls around.
