Pros

To make memories and create new and lasting friendships. Specialty areas really give you the one on one experience with your customers and get to know them. I enjoyed the fast paced environment.

Cons

Lack of time to train and to lack of training well for any position in this company. Constantly changing company standards. Just when you're told to do it one way, you're asked to do it another way by corporate or management. The budget is always scarce so you've barely got people on the floor to help with department duties and customer service and then customers complain about the lack of employees and cleanliness. Stop providing coupons so often. You never know what the expectation is. Value your employees!!!

Pros

Great people to work with. 6 hour shifts. Great discount benefit. Hours are pretty flexible. Very encouraging team members. The POS system is easy to work.

Cons

The store I worked in was completely disorganized. Smelled kind of bad. We had to do manage fitting rooms, the floor and register all at the same time most days.
