Entirely depends on what project you're on. Management varies wildly and the company has no clear vision on what it does.

Cons

You're just a number. Which is fine if you want to clock in and out but more often than not you're set up for failure.

Pros

This is one of the most collaborative environments I have ever worked in. All of my team members have been so friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help me access the resources I need to thrive in this role. It is so encouraging to be on a team that wants you to succeed. There are opportunities to grow in this role and I am able to share ideas with upper-level management. My manager is encouraging and insists on having me maintain a work-life balance so I don’t burn out. The PTO and benefits are also a wonderful perk to the position. I can't wait to see how I continue to grow during my time here.

Cons

- Our health insurance could be a bit better. I've had some coverage issues. - My main feedback is that it might be helpful to have a more formalized onboarding process for new team members with videos, readings, and a breakdown of the studies.
