      Pros

      The company is always looking for new ways to grow and improve, from both a revenue and employee satisfaction perspective. They offer a multitude of regular corporate reviews, training, etc. Flexible with work from office / work from home options.

      Cons

      Pay and benefits offered by the company don't appear to be that great compared to similar positions in the industry.
