      Flexible working The people are mostly nice In the right team you'll have a great support system around you CEO often gives gift days or 1/2 days ahead of holidays or bank holidays to give people the opportunity to get a head start on the weekend/holiday

      Cons

      no annual salary review - incredibly hard to get pay raises or promotions and pay is low compared to similar roles in other companies.
