Autovista Group is a successful business and very people-centric. It really is a fantastic place to work. The Senior Management Team are astute and they have a clear vision on what is necessary to make the Company an even greater success. I have been at the Company for over 4 years and in that time that Company has significantly transformed. Whilst the workforce is spread over 18 countries, we are all pulling together to work towards one clear vision & strategy. I have always felt very supported and encouraged to be the best version of myself. There is a strong emphasis on learning and development to ensure any gaps in skills / capabilities are swiftly addressed and people are ahead of the curve in areas such as data science and technological developments. There is a strong trusted & inclusive company culture that comes from the top and is evident in everyday work practices, such as the introduction of flexible working across all of our offices and regular town hall webinars for the business.
