      Pros

      I feel trusted, empowered and nurtured in my role. Our move to Flexible Working has allowed me to strike a much better work-life balance and attend my kid's school sports days, concerts and assemblies around my work commitments. I also save 2 hours a day on my commute by being able to work at home most of the time and travel into our London hub office for face-to-face meetings as required.

      Cons

      Workloads are high. Not just me, everyone across the Group seems to be flat out working on big, high-priority projects. However, because of the support, I feel calmly purposeful about it.
