I have been with Autovista Group for almost 4 years and it's an inspiring and positive place to work. The CEO and senior leadership team are supportive and talented and they are committed to developing staff all across the business. There are ample opportunities for career development and the brilliant Learning & Development team provides plenty of training and resources - and will find solutions for those who ask for help. The business is almost 100% fully flexible-working which has transformed the lives of employees...and the CEO is a huge fan of staff working flexibly. As part of the shift to Flex Working, the company has transformed traditional offices into vibrant, energised hubs where staff are welcome anytime and where the CEO or CFO sit next to any other employee at hotdesks.
