Nothing good to say about this place

This leadership team continue to mis-manage good talent, especially those fresh minds with great ideas that really want to turn this place around. Keep ignoring good people leaving, and you’ll soon see the quality of work go down. This organization hires smart people and micromanages them until they want to leave. I came here with great spirits, but it’s like quicksand. Blatant favoritism on incompetent engineers only means that these people will continue to be alienated. HR is a joke in this company as the CFO moonlights as an pseudo HR, and does not treat sexual harassment, bullying, and retaliation with zero tolerance.

Progressing but still not a great place to work

Pros

Jenavalve is still going somehow. Things have been progressing but there is no future for employees here. Investors just want someone to acquire us to be done with this “in my opinion” not so great investment for them. A lot of time and money wasted ..we are too late to the market. Learned a lot working at Jenavalve but it’s not worth working here.

Cons

Not worth working here if you want a long term career. I agree culture is still bad and people still want to leave and have been leaving constantly for the past year and a half.. it’s crazy I’ve never seen anything like it... people just wonder who will it be this month. Upper Management could care less about employees they just want to make money and be out. I will be leaving soon.

Some good employees still left.

When I joined JenaValve is was a great company to work for. Management was great and very knowledgeable after a new CEO (current CEO was brought in culture went downhill significantly!!!. Turnover rate was sky high . It all starts from the top. Such a shame that such a great company and team went to #*%(# because of BAD leadership. The rest of the leadership team just followed in the bad examples set from a clueless leader.
