Culture. Since the first of the year, things have taken a turn for the worst. The new CEO is losing talent and seems uninterested in engaging with those who remain.

Retaliation issues throughout the entire company. Instead of dealing with issues employees have with dept or leadership, anyone who speaks up is let go. The leadership who causes issues are not dealt with and instead given promotions and pay raises. HR does not care about the employee, and does not believe in confidentiality. The person in charge of employee relations is the one that zero employees can trust and is not at all personable and instead creates drama within the company. The HR director can't make decisions without approval from the HR manager. Leadership meetings are pointless as nothing changes and things seems to only get worse. There is not a large group of diversity within the company and culture is extremely toxic.
