- Profit driven company with stress piled on from the top down, even more so since the Jensen Hughes takeover.
- Disorganised, stressed management lead to stressed staff at all levels.

- No Christmas bonus, we were promised a bottle at Christmas but did not even get that.
- Staff expected to work 55+ hour week, mostly due to management being unable to say No to a client even when the client request or expectation is unreasonable. The stress was just piled onto the engineers to get the work out on time.
- High staff turnover says it all. I know many staff who are stuck there but hate it.
- No thanks or appreciation for staff - make more profits is all that is concerned.
- Look at the dates of all the "5 star reviews", they are all around the same date. This was an order from management. What a joke!
