Pros

Jobber is easily the best company I've ever worked at. A combination of an incredibly strong culture (built on a foundation of great people with strongly aligned values), high transparency, meritocracy, and constant hard challenging problems to solve, it's a great place to both work and grow.

Cons

The environment will expect a lot from you, with constantly evolving and changing dynamics. If you like constant challenge this is a good thing, but if you want to be able to figure out and master your job once, this might not be the right environment for you. There are currently no remote work opportunities (as the culture is very office centric), so if that's important for you this also likely isn't the right place for you.
