• Generally a generous management system • 95% of the people are wonderful to work with • Benefits are mid, not horrible • They trust in their people to do good work • High level of aspirations for success, which inspires employees to do well

Cons

• Cultural headwinds in the past 2 years due to laissez-faire people management • Self-inflicted challenges such as politically charged work conversations from management • Pay increases are promised, but mostly unfulfilled

-Training was long, but SUPER helpful -Coworkers are often really sweet -Encouraged self improvement -Good Benefits

-Management micromanaged, often to the point of hovering over your shoulder -Constant Overtime -Never followed through on promises -Changed Policies after hiring

Pros

Get A Lot of down time during day. Especially when two of you are at store. If you network and get your name out, you can make your checks bigger for sure.

Cons

Terrible benefits, no advancements, no growth, no opportunities.
