Very good benefits and compensation considering what jobs entail though benefits have been slowly degrading over time. Fairly good area to work in (SE PA).

Cons

Not a cheerful place to work. Often asked for above average results with below average resources and unreasonable timelines. Very high turnover rate.

Johnson Matthey has a very good benefit package and stable career as well as ability to move around the group

Cons

there is nothing much to complain except works sometimes can be boring if you have to do it repeatly and no help in applying working visa
