Pros

Every employee is given opportunities for advanced training and to further their education, if they want to. It's pretty cool that I've been able to increase my salary through opportunities provided for and paid by the company. The people I work with a nice too, probably because management does a great job of keeping everyone happy.

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of any cons. Super positive environment and they treat us great.

Pros

It’s great to have a job where management take the time to show how my hard work is making a difference. I take what I do very seriously and put in a lot of effort, so it makes all the work feel worth it when I see that it actually matters. In general, KVK has been a great place to work. It’s definitely interesting and the pay is great. Highly recommend!

Cons

Some clients are more difficult to work with than others, but most are pretty good.
