Competitive Pay structure is less than 30% below market rate for this Industry.

Cons

Open Lawsuits against the company from many different angles. All of the information about this is on Google. The company has a very bad reputation among current and former employees. There is a constant rush to get things out into the market. Turnover rate is extremely high. We do not have an attractive pay rate for the positions, and this is why the positions are almost always available within the company website.

lots of room for growth promotions from within for key roles challenging and exciting work with fast timelines $5k scholarship bonus for all employees that have a child in university

Cons

IT and software packages can be improved need to hire more people to handle all the growth

I have worked for several companies and none have been as involved in the well-being of their employees and the company overall, as I have seen with KVK Tech. KVK rewards hard workers and gives so much back to their employees in the form of performance bonuses. With both the benefit of working with amazingly talented coworkers and a product line that promotes the health and wellness of others, KVK is truly an amazing company to work for and one to take pride in manufacturing world class products

None. Work hard and you will rewarded. As a an added bonus, many advancement opportunities will be available to you to grow your career.
