This company LURES EMPLOYEES WITH FAKE PROMISES AND LIES! The management blatantly misleads and took advantage of people only to have us work in a TERRIBLE AND TOXIC environment, requiring us to work long HORRIBLE hours!!

-No Cell Phones - they provide lockers for you to keep your cell phone in. Otherwise, cell phone use is strictly prohibited unless you are in upper management, human resources, or the Executive team. -Low Morale. Despite what the reviews say, make no mistake of it. The turnover rate has been compared to what you might expect at a fast food restaurant (see other reviews). It's no wonder they are constantly hiring. Most of their good employees leave when they realize what they have gotten into. -The expectation to work long hours means that employees have very little in terms of work/life balance. If you value spending time with your family or pursuing hobbies, this is definitely not the place for you. - It's definitely possible, even probable, that many of the "positive" reviews on here are fabricated in an effort to paint a more favorable picture of the company. READ CLOSELY. No company is without it's faults, despite the many reviews that say otherwise. If you are considering a career at KVK-Tech, do your research and make sure you have thick skin. You will need it.
