Leadership lacks a clear direction that benefits both the organization and its clients, leading to confusion, inefficiencies and excessive spending on initiatives that bring little to no value. Some members of the C-suite lack the experience, the emotional maturity and emotional intelligence necessary for effective leadership, resulting in poor decision-making and extremely low morale.
