Pros

Wonderful peers who work hard and sincerely care. The potential for a great product that can help financial institutions and their consumers.

Cons

Leadership lacks a clear direction that benefits both the organization and its clients, leading to confusion, inefficiencies and excessive spending on initiatives that bring little to no value. Some members of the C-suite lack the experience, the emotional maturity and emotional intelligence necessary for effective leadership, resulting in poor decision-making and extremely low morale. The leadership, particularly in the client success department, is deeply toxic, hostile and retaliatory; originating with the executive overseeing the department. (CGO). The only exception to this are the two female SVPs in the department. Employees are often set up to fail, given inadequate support, resources and unrealistic expectations. When things go poorly as a result, leadership takes no responsibility and instead shifts the blame onto the employees. Giving differing feedback, even when solicited by leadership often leads to negative consequences, including retaliation. The CEO ignores the toxic behavior or is completely unaware; in either case, he is complicit in allowing such destructive behavior to go unchecked. Despite claims that culture and employee feedback are valued, executive leadership shows little regard for employee well-being or work-life balance, leading to burnout and dissatisfaction. If you are considering a role at Kasasa, be prepared to sacrifice personal and family life as the demands and lack of support are overwhelming. I recommend taking time to read through all reviews both positive and negative so you can make a fully informed decision.

Pros

Used to be remote with decent flexibility. Key words being used to.

Cons

Cult mentality, toxic positivity from CEO. CEO that doesn’t know what he’s doing. Lots of lies told to try to keep up morale but they don’t keep their word. The company laid off like half the employees and then everyone else started leaving too, so after all those layoffs, they were scrambling to hire new people. Such a waste.

We understand that recent changes, including difficult decisions around staffing, have impacted the team and created challenges. These decisions were made with careful consideration of the company's long-term goals, but we recognize that such transitions can have a significant impact on morale and trust. We’re committed to maintaining clear communication and delivering on our promises as we continue to navigate these changes. We value feedback from our Spartans, both past and present, as it helps us create a better, more transparent environment. Thank you again for your input, and we wish you the best in your future endeavors. You're welcome to reach out to me directly with any specific feedback that could support our growth as a company.
