Cons
You will be expected to work OUTSIDE of agreed upon hours as well as weekends. You will be expected to spend money traveling to conferences and made to wait weeks if not months to be reimbursed for your hotels and flight payments. You will be low balled on your salary. You will be expected to spend the majority of your work hours in zoom meetings talking about the work instead of getting work done. Upper management with talk down to you of course like more corporate spaces. Politics are the name of the game for this toxic place. If you value your mental health DO NOT work here. You will not be valued as a human being. No room for advancement. Your responsibilities will pile up every month while your pay stays the same.
