      Pros

      Sometimes you get the opportunity to come up with a clever solution to a problem, and it's great.

      Cons

      There doesn't seem to be much of a direction for the company, it's like a ship without a captain, we're just floating. Expect to work long hours, without raises, bonuses, or career opportunities. Colleagues are all overworked and have become bitter and difficult to work with due to overwhelming workloads. Do NOT work here unless you enjoy chaos and working at least 60 hours a week.

      Kaseya ruined what was a great company in Datto

      Pros

      Kaseya acquired what used to be a great company in Datto. The only "pro" now is that you receive a retention bonus for staying a certain amount of time, as the culture is so poor, they see high turnover.

      Cons

      As Kaseya acquired Datto, several benefits have been reduced, such at PTO, availability to work remotely, culture has gone downhill, health insurance isn't as strong.
