Kendo is an exciting fast paced environment with plenty of opportunities to learn and develop your career. I have worked in the retail world for years and Kendo is one of the few organizations that really wants to be a leader in the industry (vs just talking about it) and allows its employees to make it happen. This makes for a unique, entrepreneurial and fun environment. I love the challenges, the work and most of all the people I get to work with are some of the best in the business. If you thrive working in a fast pace, growing company and like to take initiative, Kendo will be a great fit for you.

If you want to be in an entrepreneurial, super creative environment, but don't want the risk of an early-stage VC-funded company, Kendo is a great place to be. The company operates like a start-up but has the financial backing and long time horizon of LVMH. The business is growing fast--it's a challenge to constantly be prioritizing and focusing on the most important projects. I'm never bored. The best part of my job is the opportunity to stretch and try new things because there's so much opportunity to do so.
