Kepler Group - Solid company

Pros

In the heart of New York it's difficult to find a company that truly cares about both their employees and business partners. Transparently and honestly is how Kepler does business. Kepler is also the definition of team and team work, whether we tutor each other on platforms used company wide daily or play kickball we are all in it together. Questions about the direction and business are encouraged and concerns addressed. Gt in if you can, only the brightest ones are hired.

Cons

None so far, I will updated if things change

Pros

- Something new to learn every day, at the forefront of a rapidly changing industry - The smartest team I've ever worked with, always being challenged - Passionate people, our team really cares about the work we're doing - Responsibility above your job title, working at a small company allows for a lot of autonomy and responsibility you wouldn't have other places - Benefits of a startup with the discipline of a large company - Wide range of products, we work across so many different channels and client verticals that the work stays exciting and doesn't feel repetitive - Hours aren't bad, it's definitely a hard working group, but as far as agency life goes, the hours aren't bad

Cons

- As any small company, still working through some organizational processes and divide of work between teams - Culture and outside of office activities are becoming more frequent, but still improving the office social life - Need to be flexible to change as projects/priorities may shift as the business continues to grow (this can be a pro or a con, just something to note)

Pros

- Very bright group of people - it's great to be around such smart people every day who care about their work - Innovative and fulfilling work, with a lot of autonomy - Great training program and learning culture - The company's growing and there seems to be a lot of opportunity

Cons

Since we're relatively small, we are all fairly hands on and have limited administrative support. The non-corporate environment isn't right for everyone.
