Pros

- working with smart, passionate, honest people - working in a nimble, collaborative environment - building something that's changing the media/advertising landscape through data driven media buying and analysis - I learn something new pretty much every day - Great work/life balance, from the top-down

Cons

- no omelette station - must be ready to adapt to changes while the company is growing and creating/defining best practices

Pros

This company practices what they preach- they are cutting edge digital marketers pushing beyond the bounds of the typical agency model. Everyone here is very smart - prepare to be challenged and engage in high-level discussions on a regular basis. Kepler marries the qualitative side of marketing we are used to seeing with highly granular data in order to facilitate truly "data-driven" marketing. They can do anything from run a large scale branding campaign to develop and attribution model and build out and implement a custom database for a client. Salary higher than typical agencies, full benefits offered. Culture is hardworking, but also "play hard" with monthly happy hours and quarterly volunteer events.

Cons

They are a small shop with a lean team so everyone's roles encompass a bit more than normal. There is limited entry level/back end support so those low in the funnel are responsible for much more than a typical agency (media planning, trafficking, reporting)

Pros

If you want to work for smart, motivated people in an area of rapid innovation, Kepler might be the place for you. It offers the benefits of working for a startup but with the leadership and operational discipline of a much larger company.

Cons

Everyone rolls up their sleeves and works, so those used to delegating to large teams will have to adjust.
