Pros

- Amazing career advancement opportunities - Robust employee engagement - A manager who cares about my development - Fantastic support from within my team and from other departments Kerry is the first job I've held that I truly feel home. Cheesy as it may sound I love the company and my coworkers and did so from day one. The company is unlike any other I've worked for. They sprint - they're aggressive - they have fun like it's a requirement. I've never worked so hard, been stretched so much as a professional, or loved what I do like I have at Kerry. I'm proud of my past at Kerry and I'm excited for my future for the same reasons.

Cons

The personality of Kerry is very fast moving so for those who aren't fond of that it can be a bit overwhelming.

Pros

Coworkers were great to work with and you could explore many departments. Good experience and leadership skill use in the role at the start at a fast pace (mostly due to the fast turnover of employees either promoted or left).

Cons

The company politics were difficult to navigate. Communication was also not done well between plants and corporate. Also anytime you wanted to get a change in, it took so long to do (like capital investment approvals that have to go all the way to the CEO for approval). Lots of plant employees were laid off when production slowed. You were expected to figure out everything yourself or be gone within 12-18 months. Lots of overtime. No work life balance.

Pros

Fast promotion if you are talented and a workaholic.

Cons

The corporation and its branching management will take advantage of its employees and give them nothing for their hard work. Overall culture of people that will not take initiative for anything of their own volition, and there are a lot of people that follow the mentality of throwing others under the bus instead of helping them. If you are a kind person you will be taken advantage of and abused.
