Pros

A wonderful place to work if you thrive on chaos and like to hide behind drama because you produce no results.

Cons

I was recruited to Kerry and left a company I was very happy at and had been with for many years. I was promised the world at Kerry but 5 months after coming on board, they changed their mind about the role they had offered me and I was laid off. This is indicative of how they behave - they have an idea, throw it at the wall and try to get to stick. But people aren't spaghetti noodles and I didn't appreciate being treated like a fun new idea. But it was for the best because Kerry wouldn't have been a good fit for me anyway. I appreciate strategic thinkers and there aren't any to be found in that company. Just a bunch of people yelling, "try this!" "no, this!" "no, that!" "wait, that didn't immediately make a 150 percent profit? SCRAP IT!" It's a great environment if you thrive on chaos. But if you actually want to be working with people who set goals and accomplish them - this isn't the place for you.

Pros

Trying my best to stay positive for this review: Opportunities are available, decent benefits

Cons

When I first interviewed and considered a position with Kerry, I was honored and was very naïve about employee reviews at this company. I would constantly hear about high employee turnover and was quite surprised at first. However, I came to hear and see a lot during my position. Kerry has such high employee turnover. Being in an engineering role, I quickly came to note that new engineers typically only stay from <1-3 years, many of their manufacturing sites have serious upper management issues. I have heard Kerry has good quality management but from what I have seen and heard, it is such a joke. Their grad program is so pointless and worthless. If you apply and are accepted, I would urge you to reconsider and learn more about the company. Many of their grads are placed in locations that are honestly in the middle of nowhere. NA headquarters itself is in the middle of nowhere. If you are young, I encourage you to find alternate companies. A lot of times, new employees are given very little direction regarding their role. I was told to not worry about their PDP. There is very little to no diversity in Kerry. What a lot of people in glassdoor comment about race is correct and I hate to admit it. Most of Kerry is predominantly white. It is not a worthwhile company at all.
