Cons

Management is cliquey, inconsistent scheduling. Don't work 3rd shift as you will be working into/day of the holidays

Cons

Operation leaders behave more like salesman than managers. Kerry promotes Safety First, Quality Always, until the project goes over budget and safety items are the first to be cut. Major safety concerns such as heavy equipment licenses handed out without a practical test or training and ladder injuries. Expensive benefits.
