Pros

When you are young you have the chance to make a career of it. They seem to have no problem giving jobs with low to medium levels of responsibility to young people with little experience.

Cons

Many times it seems like the company is in a race to the bottom. Benefits are canceled bit by bit, especially any that would actually tempt someone to work an entire career for the Group.

Pros

New Building, fair pay, average benefits.

Cons

Management doesn't care about you and will leave you out to hang. The communication within the company/departments is one of the worst I've seen. Lots of political games and allies established which prevent you from getting your job done unless you are a suck ass. They don't recognize achievement, instead the managers just want to make themselves look good by "correcting you" and taking credit for your hard work. I'd stay as far away from this company as possible.
