Pros

A few people there are great! New building is ok. R&D is a great group.

Cons

Feedback will has been limited and contradicting. People promoted quickly and somewhat unfoundedly. The small staff that remains are very overworked and unrecognized. Very odd practices throughout organization. Limited team work, few talks by the water "bubbler", limited excitement. Even the outgoing find it a quiet place to work. Strategy very disjointed - not together.

Pros

Company Pension ok still but contributions have had to go up to cover shartfalls still worth having, though for new starters there is not such a good a deal.

Cons

Treated like a number dosnt matter how good a job you do someone else takes the credit for it. There is a definate blame culture between all departments so nobody tends to try something different to inprove things. Seems to be a training ground for managers most of whome couldnt tie thier shoe laces. .

Pros

Lots of different products and categories, always something new happening, and very self-starting people. Pretty good benefits package, but the cost is going up and the perks are decreasing.

Cons

really bad internal communication, low follow-thru on plans, low enthusiasm because of organizaton and communication, and low level of community activity. Really difficult to get things done between locations and departments, and a lot of embedded old-timers who don't want things to change.
