      Good emphasis on work/life balance, telecommuting is highly-supported Very fun culture; ice cream socials, park days, and a lot of intergrating having fun into work

      Play favoritism game with promotions The career tract for promotions is obscure Management communication tends to talk in double-speak or coded language The hiring profile consistently changes so groups/departments aren't always on the skill level
