Pros

Staffing opportunity in a bad market. Option to go as a full time employee or a corp to corp situation.

Cons

No future and no contact with company employees unless they are also consultants. This is a typical staff augmentation firm.

Pros

Excellent training Total autonomy - you run your own business Can be flexible Excellent networking opportunities For a sales environment, it's very tenured and mature - not a churn-and-burn the 22 year olds straight out of college situation. The tenured people here are very professional, and it's something to be proud of.

Cons

You work a lot. A LOT. Like, 50+ hours a week a lot. Some of the sales tactics can be manipulative, but hey - that's sales.

Pros

Kforce is a professionally-designed, multi-faceted class organization from top to bottom. From day one, co-workers have your back and supervisors always welcome feedback. Pay is also competitive.

Cons

Only eight hours in a day; I'd work 12 hours if they would let me. They guard vigilantly against burnout, so I can deal.
