      Pros

      The benefits of working at Kforce are the assignments that they send you on are wonderful. The companies are great.

      Cons

      Some of the downsides of working at Kforce are one time they get my time messed up and I didn't get paid on time.

      Local reps work well but don't expect much from Corporate

      Pros

      Local reps go out of their way to correct issues caused by corporate.

      Cons

      Corporate makes too many mistakes with timesheets, payroll and just about everything. Then makes no attempt to correct things in a timely manner. Do everything in writing with them as they tend to tell you one thing over the phone and then say they never did when they screw up. Don't trust that corporate knows what they're doing I've had countless issues with paychecks not being deposited or arriving and many other things
