Most people at Kin are deeply committed to the company’s success. The fast-paced environment creates plenty of opportunities to be challenged and to learn, with lots of room to make meaningful contributions. The senior leadership team is approachable and remains actively engaged, which helps foster a supportive and collaborative culture

Cons

Communication can be challenging at times, as it relies heavily on Slack as the primary channel. Priorities shift quickly, which can create some uncertainty around what is most important. The pace is fast, with frequent short deadlines, so resilience and adaptability are essential to being successful here

Factors such as working from home (WFH), salary, company culture, teamwork, and flexibility are important considerations for me, and Kin is the best when it comes to this.

No cons - It's a small company, but it is growing quickly, and there is a lot of potential that comes with that growth.
