      Pros

      Management is honestly here to help us get more sales. Training is second to none, helped get licensed and trained on systems quickly. Company offers great products to customers, makes the process very gratifying. Very collaborative atmosphere with coworkers all helping out. Company transparent about things going on in the company.

      Cons

      It's honestly been great working here and I don't have a bad thing to say. Best place I've worked in my professional career.

      Lots of opportunities to do cool things, a great product, and smart and highly motivated people

      Cons

      High growth means rapid changes in processes and team composition. Though they are stabilizing a bit recently, you'll have to be comfortable with change.
