      Pros

      The culture at Kin Insurance is second to none. I feel that the teams' feedback is always absorbed well by senior management and is quick to accommodate our needs. We have all the resources to succeed and despite me being in a sales position, this is the most comfortable I have ever felt.

      Cons

      It's a start-up type of company that is moving fast and always jumping at the next available opportunity. If you like something consistent that never changes, this is probably not for you. But if you enjoy challenges and love keeping things fresh at work, this place is for you.

      - Flexible Hours - Fun, upbeat and intelligent Co-workers -Progressive environment with an ultimate goal to improve the state of the current insurance industry - Access to cutting edge technology - Ability to provide solid coverage to clients who experience 30% - 100% rate increases - Positive co-workers who enjoy what they do every day and management that puts our needs and the needs of the clients first!

      Cons

      As a smaller insurance company, we are incredibly careful with who we accept as clients. This means we say no to new clients more often than we say yes, but it also means we get to keep our insurance rates low for our current clients and not have to deal with the yearly rate increase talk with current clients.

      Great commission Culture Positive Vibes This company is really ahead of the curve in terms of technology and the culture. I have been working here since Feb and I literally can not find one negative thing about this company.
