Pros
There is a lot of opportunity to make improvements and potential for accomplishments that are worth bragging about. Benefits are pretty good, including PTO, medical and 401K. Woodbury office is comfortable and very quiet. Almost everyone is in the bonus plan. There are a lot of really nice people who are trying to do their best. The company has moved away from hybrid office policy to in-the-office every day. There is a policy to request exceptions, but I don’t know if any many been granted.
Cons
Kindeva merged with Meridian in late 2022. Leadership is now mostly Meridian. There seems to be a little “us” vs “them” culture forming. Some departments are extremely understaffed and some are overstaffed. To figure out which, just look at turnover. Some departments are so understaffed that even working evenings and weekends you can’t get your job done satisfactorily. Several IT policies make it difficult to do your job. You can still do it, but it will take more time. The ERP is a mess. Bonus achievement has historically been poor, because of bad luck, bad strategy and bad execution. The newest bonus plan is based on many goals which are highly subjective.
