Pros

I have never worked for a company in my 25 years that has been so transparent and rewarding. The screening process for employees is fantastic - and I love my team.

Cons

The only con that I can think of is having to work remotely right now - the environment in the office is fantastic.

There are tons of pros such as amazing culture, good pay, wonderful leadership, great benefits and I could go on.

Cons

There really aren't any. The only thing that is even mildly annoying is the hours are 9-6 but they give you option to come in earlier and leave earlier if you want but i'm not a morning person so to someone who doesn't care to come in earlier that wouldn't even be an issue.
