Our goal is to never have policies and procedures be overly complex or constraining for Knowsters; our policies are meant to set easy-to-follow guidelines and help quickly answer questions. We even have a special team - our internal growth team - here to help Knowsters resolve any issues. We would like to mention that as a company that is constantly expanding and adapting to a changing workforce, it is important that any new changes are communicated through policies to keep everyone informed so that we can continue to run like a well-oiled machine . :-)

First, we would like to share the fact that KnowBe4 has a ‘No Religion and No Politics policy’. While everyone is free to practice their own beliefs, those beliefs are not to be discussed during business hours and in no way impact our company culture or the way our organization is run. We treat all employees the same regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, veteran status, gender identity, or sexual orientation. We also treat all of our employees like adults. We practice radical transparency with all our employees instead of keeping them in the dark. We exercise extreme ownership - a mentality which has lead amazing teams such as the Navy Seals to success. Even our open paid time off policy shows that we trust our team members to be mature adults and do what is needed to take care of themselves while still pushing production.
