There are no pros to working here

Cons

The executive team is really lazy and have no experience in business. The product is also very poor and has serious security issues.

Pros

Great work experience with fantastic coworkers. You have the opportunity to learn things outside of your scope if you so choose. I think the execs do care but they have major growing pains.

Cons

It's chaotic a lot of the time and you will often get competing directions from management. Pay isn't great to begin with and raises/bonuses are dangled in front of you while you are asked to make great personal sacrifices and take on additional responsibilities outside of your role.

Pros

Great people and product that's about it.

Cons

The company isn't being ran by the right people and is suffering because of this. The employees are exceptionally frustrated with the working conditions, salary and benefits. Everyone knows this except for the executives. There is not an annual raise policy, People who have had the same job for 2-3 years are still being paid what they first signed on with .
